- Product Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and usage patterns. Identify trends, issues, and opportunities to optimize product performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Provide insights to support product positioning, pricing, and feature development.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback from various channels, including surveys, reviews, and direct interactions. Identify key pain points and areas for improvement in product offerings.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights. Provide regular reports and dashboards to track product performance against KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to communicate findings and recommendations. Ensure that insights are integrated into the product development process.

- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and new features. Analyze test results to determine the effectiveness of different strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of product performance metrics, research findings, and competitive analysis. Ensure that all relevant data is accessible to the product team.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and methodologies in product analysis. Continuously seek ways to improve product analysis processes and contribute to the success of the product team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics). Familiarity with product management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present data findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
