Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team. The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to communicate with and engage our shareholders, analysts, and other members of the investment community.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a keen understanding of capital markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations plans and strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, earnings releases, presentations, and other communications materials.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and shareholder feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on investor feedback and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including investor relations agencies and service providers.
- Oversee the maintenance of investor databases, mailing lists, and other investor relations tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of executing successful investor relations programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software / tools.
