Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Management of the dental college's patient notification and survey system (Intiveo) and administration of the dental college's interpretation services (Cyracom).
- Manages inter-departmental phases of the clinical systems to ensure that they are functioning and are properly aligned with the dental college's needs, goals, and reporting requirements.
- Manages the development and implementation of components of the dental college's clinical information systems (axiUm, MiPACS, eRx, and Romexis).
- Creates and maintains a documentation library of the clinical information system environments, including settings, configurations, workflows, and change management/control processes.
- Produces or oversees clinical information system-related reports and provides technical assistance in report generation as required.
- Configures, manages, and implements user and role-based security for all dental college's clinical and non-clinical systems. Assigned Security Authority for DCG personnel in relation to AU Health clinical systems.
- Serves as the primary liaison with clinical information systems and supplementary vendors in troubleshooting, upgrading, training, enhancements, and associated functions.
- Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein. Assist with other projects as requested or assigned by dental administration.

Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days/M-F (work outside of the normal business hours will likely be required of an employee in an exempt level position)
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
