JOB SUMMARY
Manage all aspects of the store operations in accordance with the company's standards, policies, and procedures. Prior Experience as a manager in a food environment is mandatory!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Depending upon shift and station assignment, may be required to:
Make pretzel or cinnabon products
Work on the Register and be friendly, and courteous towards customers and co-workers
Accurately operate cash registers
Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies at opening
Clean store, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing
Comply at all times with company's dress code and personal appearance standards
Help with Recruting, training and managing employees.
Perform all essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner.
Perform other duties necessary for the position as directed.
Need to be able to understand insturctions and follow the policies and procedures of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and Holidays.
Must be 18 years or older to be considered for the job!
Prior Experience as a manager in a food and retail environment is mandatory
Must possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality.
Must have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone.
Must comply with state and federal age restrictions regulations regarding operations of equipment in the store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
