L.P.N Needed for a 13 Week Contract For a LTC Rehab Facility . 13 Weeks May Be Extended.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
~Valid Colorado L.P.N License
~Current TB
~BLS or CPR
~COVID Vaccination or Valid Exemption
~Dependable vehicle for those winter months
~Can commute to Palisade
~No more that 2 call offs during contract period
~Can work 3-12hr day shifts 6a-6p including one Saturday or Sunday (Will discuss what 3 days will work best for both you and facility)
PAY
Up to $1,512 a Week
