• Work week is Sunday – Saturday.
• Vendor fee is 5%
• OT, Call Back & Holiday: 1.3x bill rate
• On call: $6.00 (must arrive at Facility within 30 minutes of receiving call. 2 hours min call back period )
• Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed minimum work week applies to all work weeks, including weeks during which orientation is provided, weeks with holidays and weeks during which there may be unit closures for all or any portion of such week, except that Client shall have the option to cancel up to three shifts per thirteen-week assignment without penalty as needed for low census or changes in staffing needs.
• Non bill orientation hours: 12 for all SSM facilities
Emergency Department
ACLS BCLS NIH PALS and TNCC required
Unit accepts first time travelers
Schedule would be as follows:
Week 1: Work Monday Tuesday 7p-7a
Week 2: Work Friday Saturday 7p-7a
Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour 19:00 - 07:00
Position: RN
Specialty/Modality: RN-ER
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-RN-Wisconsin, ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support)
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
