The Bartender
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to walk and climb stairs as necessary
- Ability to communicate clearly and be positive, polite, and cooperative with customers, co-workers, managers, & vendors
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Complete side work as directed by manager
- 3 years experience preferred
Aurora Borealis hosts live music every weekend some mid-week events in our Event Center.
