Aurora Sustained team at Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is a multidisciplinary team, serving to provide mental health and substance use care for clients who are in the Aurora Detention Center. This is a program that is in its third year, continuing to grow, and seeking to meet the needs of the Aurora community while reducing recidivism. The Case Manager works directly with our Aurora Sustained program within Aurora Municipal Court, serving clients who have been justice involved to increase their supports and identify mental health concerns earlier. This also includes connecting them to services, supporting post-justice treatment engagement, and successful community integration.
Shift. The position is fully In-Person/Onsite. Earliest start is 7:30am, can work 8 hour or 10 hour shifts. Some Sunday or Monday holidays will be required.
Salary for this role. Starting wage is based on experience and company equity. Paid bi-weekly.
Bilingual Language Differential Pay. *rate depends on language requirements for the position and candidate's fluency.

Required Vaccinations and TB Test.
AMHR has prioritized the health and safety of our clients and staff and requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, receive an annual influenza (flu) shot, and receive negative TB test results prior to their first day of hire. Proof of both vaccinations and negative TB test will be required upon your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions may be requested for the COVID 19 vaccine, annual flu shot or TB test.
