Quality Assurance Inspector

Duties:
- Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) inspections on products to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Utilize various measuring tools and equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to analyze product dimensions and specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or discrepancies in product appearance or finish.
- Collect and record data from inspections, maintaining accurate and detailed records of findings.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues or concerns, providing guidance on corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to quality control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and precision.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
