The opportunity Following success in moving to new role internally, we are now looking for a new full time Assistant Case Manager (ACM) for a 12-month contract, out of our Perth office. The role will see you working as part of a team to provide administrative assistance to Case Managers and the wider workers’ compensation claims business in the delivery of our claims service, as well as provide assistance with day to day office management administration. In this position, you will: Respond to email and telephone enquiries in an accurate, concise, and courteous manner Assist Case Managers in the administration of case management with tasks such as claims processing, organising claimant travel and medico-legal examinations, and processing wage and settlement payments to claimants Perform data entry and liaise with Regulators and other stakeholders as necessary regarding the accuracy of data being reported Work primarily from the Perth office and engage with stakeholders in WA, NT, TAS and ACT Intermittently assist our service centre with claim lodgement and processing payments Your story so far To be successful in this role, you will have: A customer-centric approach which sees you optimise outcomes for our customers Developed time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Influential verbal and non-verbal communication skills Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular with Word and Excel The ability to work with, and effectively contribute, to a team working in a virtual environment We are here to support you We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
