About the opportunity Due to substantial growth within our Managed Fund Claims Business, we are excited to present a full time Customer Transition Manager position at QBE. In this role, you will take the lead in managing new business and providing a first-class onboarding experience for our customers. You will also assist in building new business strategies as well as use your network and impeccable relationship-building skills to promote QBE within the market. The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but not limited to: Managing the transition of new customers into QBE and working with the Key Accounts and Operations Teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Manage the processes, agreements and technology requirements of customers into QBE Preparing a Transition plan for each customer so all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities Coordinating the delivery of all activities for Transition to agreed time, budget and quality Handling complex issues and managing/escalating any risks that arise Your story You have a background in project or programme/transition management Experience and or knowledge of Workers Compensation insurance essential You have Business Relationship Management experience within the NSW insurance market Experience with Self-Insurance or Comcare highly desirable Previous exposure to employer or intermediary networks Broad understanding of program management Leadership, communication and strong stakeholder management skills Demonstrated expertise and results in mitigating operational risk We are here to support you We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
