What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Ausonio Inc?

Ausonio Incorporated is looking for an upbeat, friendly, and professional individual to fill our administrative assistant/receptionist position. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well in an ever- changing environment with a positive personality capable of greeting and interfacing with clients.

Required:

  • Answering a multi-line telephone system. Must have great phone persona and the ability to screen calls and visitors.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Social media (Facebook and blogging)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Assist in editing and formatting documents.
  • Assisting project managers and project engineers.
  • Must be able to take rent and issue receipts and take maintenance repair phone calls. Property management experience a plus.

Full time position with benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
