Ausonio Incorporated is looking for an upbeat, friendly, and professional individual to fill our administrative assistant/receptionist position. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well in an ever- changing environment with a positive personality capable of greeting and interfacing with clients.
Required:
- Answering a multi-line telephone system. Must have great phone persona and the ability to screen calls and visitors.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Social media (Facebook and blogging)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Assist in editing and formatting documents.
- Assisting project managers and project engineers.
- Must be able to take rent and issue receipts and take maintenance repair phone calls. Property management experience a plus.
