Job Overview
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for implementation and maintenance of the information technology systems of our regional office and remote/studio locations within Austin Fitness Group. This role will work with leaders at all levels of operations from our executive team to our studio managers making major contributions to the advancement of our IT infrastructure in our business. This role will handle issue resolution, change management, require collaboration with cross-functional teams and more. The position is based in Austin, TX and reports to the VP of Business and Development.

Responsibilities
-
Plans, implements, and administers information systems across multiple IT functional areas, ensuring operational efficiency

Provides operational infrastructure support, maintenance, troubleshooting to ensure optimum utilization of IT resources.

Installs and configures software upgrades, file sharing, and domain security protocols maintains network and security infrastructure

Involvement in hardware/software/AV vendor selection support, security, training, coordination, and scheduling of IT initiatives.

Provides technical leadership and support to C-Level executives and ensures compliance with corporate policies.

Ensures that all issues are addressed timely and fully resolved.

Support a range of employees from field level to Regional office users with laptop, desktop and mobile devices.

Work to standardize IT equipment across all sites and ensure new studios comply with requirements.

Field travel (up to ~20%) as needed, drive to our studios in Austin and San Antonio to set up new studios or to trouble shoot issues
Required Skills, Abilities & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field experience required

3-5 years of relevant experience in IT

Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying technical issues to non-technical indivisuals and establishing effective working relationships across various levels and locations

Proficiency in installation, configuration, and maintenance of diverse IT infrastructure components including desktops, routers, switches, wireless access points, VOIP and firewalls

Extensive experience with a variety of SaaS products such as Microsoft Azure, Office365, and Intune for organizational support, coupled with adeptness in using spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software

Advanced knowledge of current trends & information sources for managing network systems management, including system backup and recovery procedures and techniques

Demonstrated ability assess network and telecommunications support needs, develop effective solutions, work independently and collaboratively, multitask effectively, and maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials
