We are a large, growing medical practice with locations throughout the Austin area and we are adding an EHR Support Representative to our internal IT team.
The person in this role will be tasked with troubleshooting and assisting patients with any issues related to our patient portal. Duties will include answering patient email and phone calls, serving as a resource for basic issue resolution, troubleshooting and guidance, communicating software updates as they are deployed and managing system access companywide; to name a few.
While we are looking for individuals who are technology savvy, THIS IS NOT A TECHNICAL ROLE. More importantly, candidates need to be educators, problem solvers and excellent communicators. Successful candidates will be customer service oriented, be excellent relationship builders, have a positive demeanor and bring previous training experience, including curriculum creation, to this role. This is a newly created position so it is imperative that the person in this role is comfortable in an unscripted and evolving job.
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday. The position is primarily stationed at our Central Business Office located in Northwest Austin however it could require visiting any of our locations in order to meet the needs of our employees.
