What You'll Do:
Meticulous Review: Regularly review vendor lines across all Austin Hardware & Supply locations to ensure adherence to our stringent quality and standards requirements.
Purchase Excellence: Place purchase orders using replenishment software or in response to urgent sales team needs, ensuring the timely acquisition of quality products.
Negotiation Mastery: Lead negotiations with suppliers, securing favorable pricing, terms, and shipping methods to maximize value while maintaining quality benchmarks.
Quality Leadership: Collaborate with quality and operations teams to swiftly address any part discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
Data Integrity Champion: Maintain the accuracy of system data by updating supplier and part information, facilitating smooth processes across the board.
Effective Communication: Relay resolutions to accounts payable, streamlining the payment process and enhancing internal collaboration.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
