Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative Manager with a strong lead generation and digital marketing background to oversee our growing creative department. You must have experience developing social media advertising campaigns, landing pages and digital communications as a content producer. You should be someone who enjoys working closely with graphic designers and collaborating with digital strategists, preferably with a healthcare and/or lead generation background from an agency environment. The ideal candidate is accustomed to collaborating with a larger team of strategists and patient recruitment experts, meeting tight deadlines, and driving high quality conversion campaigns. You should also have a demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and the development of targeted communication strategies is helpful.
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, revising, and developing creative campaigns, including social media pages, digital and social advertisements, landing pages and digital communications.
- Working closely with assigned Program Directors, Analysts and other staff to ensure complete understanding of the complex and technical aspects of each unique campaign and the patient recruitment funnel
- Defining and influencing strategy and extending counsel beyond core implementation
- Supporting in the development of healthcare related visual communication for internal and external stakeholders through the use of graphics design, production, advertising, print broadcast services and web site design
- Overseeing the process of creative production, support creative team with thoughtful feedback, and serve as traffic manager for everything that comes in and out of the creative department
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to clearly communicate and exchange information with co-workers, teammates, stakeholders, and other personnel, as required
- Strong relationship building skills
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; Studies in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Copywriting or related discipline preferred
- 5 years of related experience in graphics design, production, advertising, or web site design
- Experience developing and implementing visual communication strategies in multiple mediums based on audience analysis
- Experience working collaboratively to meet time-constraining deadlines for a fast-moving agency
- Proficiency working across Adobe Cloud and Google docs
