Insurance Customer Success Agent

Who are we: Authentic is a community-based property & casualty insurance company. We work with platforms who provide valuable services to Small Businesses (SMBs) to help them deliver an amazing, tailored business insurance product for their SMB customers. We work with software companies, associations and franchise groups in the SMB space, primarily in the restaurant, salons & spa, retail and professional services industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with small businesses about their insurance needs, issue various insurance documents, process policy changes, assist in process improvement, and support our community members while they join their community’s insurance program.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, encourage customers to share their testimonials.
• Advise and educate customers about their insurance needs based on their businesses’ needs and goals.
• Turn your work into actionable insights with our Product and Underwriting teams, to help us constantly improve our customer experience and product.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proactive and positive communication skills, ability to work independently with a willingness to collaborate within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Enjoys interacting and learning from our customers (small businesses).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
