What are the responsibilities and job description for the SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LEAD position at Authenticom?

1. Coordinate team development activities; assign tasks and track progress in parallel with Technology Manager and Product Manager.
2. Lead discussions regarding technical approach in objective planning meetings.
3. Meet regularly with Lead Architect to discuss potential new approaches to the overall system architecture, and review recent implementations to ensure that they adhere to the current architectural plan.
4. Act as primary representative for the software engineering team to the Product Owners, working through objectives and requirements.
5. Ensure software quality by reviewing team output using established best practices for developing quality object-oriented code, unit and integration tests, and data storage and maintenance. Mentor software engineering team members on best practices.
6. Provide support to the business by helping to track down and resolve production issues as needed.
7. Manage company source code repositories in GitHub, ensuring that team members are pushing code on a regular basis, and that repositories are relevant and current.
8. Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies that may benefit the business; schedule formal sessions with the engineering team to pass along learnings.
Education Requirements
Requires an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related. Bachelor's preferred.*
Experience Requirements*
- A minimum of (3) three years working as a full stack developer.
- C# and .NET framework.
- JavaScript and web development frameworks.
- Will consider other acceptable equivalent combinations of experience and training

Salary : $81,500 - $103,000
