AUTISM ALLIES is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) with clinical operations in central and western Massachusetts. We are seeking Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team of dedicated professionals committed to using the principles of ABA to help children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. AUTISM ALLIES believes in a team-based collaborative environment that offers employees ample opportunities for growth.
AUTISM ALLIES provides in-home and center-based services out of our Central MA and Western MA locations.
We are currently looking to staff clients in the following towns: Shrewsbury, Worcester, Milford, Westborough, and surrounding areas

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide center-based and in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis service
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of applied behavior analysis
- Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Implement and follow Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
- Teach curriculum and programming for each client’s BSP; model appropriate skills and/or social behaviors and monitor
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Complete datasheets, program sheets, and other forms of documentation
- Prepare materials for individual and group activities
- Track and report billable hours for insurance providers through practice management software
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months childcare experience (ABA experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Physical Requirements:
Required to stand for long periods of time; use of hands and arms to complete tasks; may need to taste or smell as a part of development programs; may need to walk or sit in the course of work as well as light to medium levels of lifting of supplies or equipment.
