Come grow with us! Autism Support Chicago is looking for a hardworking Registered Behavior Technician to join our team and grow with our company. Must have RBT to be qualified for this position! We provide in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum and are growing at a steady pace. We currently have companies in Illinois and Tennessee.
Purpose and Scope: Assist BCBA in Providing Programs to children with autism spectrum disorders or developmental delay in the home, school, and community. Assist in training new hires who come on board.
Expected Working Environment: Most settings will be well lit, air-conditioned or heated. Exposure to sickness, disease is a significant risk as well as exposure to injuries from aggression due to the behavioral excesses in students with Autism and related disorders.

Location: Naperville and Surrounding Suburbs/Chicago, IL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements high-quality ABA programs with a variety of students in a 1:1 therapy session in the home, community, or school.
- Takes appropriate data and documentation required with each child.
- Collect students' progress data and collaborate with Therapists to provide updated behavioral plans.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures. Communicates with supervisors with questions and concerns.
- Participates in training and required staff meetings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic care of children (toileting, dressing, eating, safety)
- Elaborate knowledge of autism and related disorders.
- Ability to provide and create programs and behavior plans.
- Ability to relay programs and instructions to Therapist.
- Perform reinforcement assessments to determine the child’s motivation
