Auto-Chlor System immediately needs a National Sales Director based in Memphis, TN. This position prospects, develops, and manages National Accounts in both ware-washing and laundry sectors. This is a “hunting” position that will slowly transition into relationship management. A successful candidate will achieve growth in the number of customers served, as well as increased sales and profitability of the existing account base. The National Sales Director will identify sales opportunities with multi-unit businesses in the restaurant and hospitality industries.

Position Responsibilities
- Develops prospective customers in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry
- Follows sales process in National Footprint to close business across the organization
- Manages and monitors new account development and setup
- Maintain oversight over sold accounts, and drive profitability/usage
- Assists branches and dealers with contracts before the expiration
- Conducts remote and in-person sales presentations based on prospect availability
- Plans, organizes, and facilitates on-site training when needed
- Tracks data, report out on pricing and monitors proper account setup
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a hunter-seller and effective account management
- Experience in developing successful cleaning and laundry programs
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Outstanding communication skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management
- Ability to travel nationwide up to 20%
