Our organization is looking for a Verification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying customer information and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and make a positive impact on our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer info.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is collected and entered accurately into the system.
  • Resolve any discrepancies on information.
  • Maintain accurate records of all verifications.
  • Provide customer service info to customers regarding coverage.
  • Communicate with employees/management.
  • Follow up with all sales needing important info.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
