Automotive Title Clerk

Auto Center Sales & Service team is looking for a full-time Automotive Title Clerk to process car deals that are submitted by sales. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Duties:

- Prepare tax and title documents for registration

- Verify that funds have been collected before processing title applications

- Maintain organized records and files

- Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete

- Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve title-related issues

- Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Previous Title Clerk experience preferred

- Knowledge of state-specific title regulations and processes

- Administrative skills

- Detail-oriented

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Proficient in basic computer skills

- Driver’s License

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8-hour shift, Saturday: 4-hour shift

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
