Please note that this position requires in-office work from Monday to Thursday at our Atlanta office in the Buckhead area. Fridays are designated as work-from-home days. Remote work options beyond this arrangement are not available for this role.
AutoLeap is looking for an SDR Manager to join our rapidly growing inside sales organization. AutoLeap was founded by a strong team of repeat entrepreneurs looking to expand their success into SaaS software for the automotive repair space.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee a team of 10-15 outbound sales development representatives
- Hire your team with the assistance of internal recruiters
- Develop and retain early career talent alongside our Sales Enablement manager
- Work closely with our existing sales leadership team, demand generation team, and sales operations team to continue evolving processes and culture
- Motivate your team to hit KPIs and quotas to achieve the company growth plan

- 1 years of experience leading a full-cycle, transactional, inside sales or SDR team with a track record of exceeding quotas
- 1-2 years of experience as an individual contributor in an SMB focused sales organization - including outbound prospecting and cold calling
- A desire to develop, teach, and grow the careers of young professionals
