Warehouse Manager

Are you a results-driven leader with a strong background in warehouse operations, safety, and facilities management? We're seeking a dynamic Warehouse Facilities Manager to join our ALS team in Laredo. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA): As our Warehouse Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for executing warehouse operations seamlessly. Your role involves developing and refining warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. Holding your team accountable to KPIs will be crucial in driving continuous improvement.
• Safety Champion: Safety is paramount in our operations. You'll take charge of maintaining a clean and safe environment within the facility. This includes collaborating with vendors, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring all team members are well-versed in safety guidelines.
• Facilities Excellence: We're counting on you to manage vendors and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance. Your attention to detail will ensure that our warehouse remains a well-functioning and organized space, contributing to a smooth operation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with our warehouse customers is key. You'll be at the forefront of account management, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Directing our back-office operations will further enhance the overall customer experience.
• Operational Oversight: You'll play a pivotal role in the success of our Laredo warehouse. Your leadership will guide the team in executing operations and adhering to safety guidelines. Your proven experience in warehouse management will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, achieving operational goals.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including KPIs and continuous improvement strategies.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
