Are you a results-driven leader with a strong background in warehouse operations, safety, and facilities management? We're seeking a dynamic Warehouse Facilities Manager to join our ALS team in Jackson!
Responsibilities:
- Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable (L.M.A): Lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of accountability. Implement effective management practices to ensure team success in meeting performance goals.
- Drive Strategic Growth and Continuous Improvement: Develop and execute strategies to drive strategic growth aligned with company goals. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse processes, technology, and overall operational efficiency.
- Safety: Prioritize and champion a culture of safety within the warehouse environment. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
- Inventory/Records Accuracy: Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels. Implement robust systems and checks to ensure precision in inventory and records management.
- Building Maintenance: Manage building maintenance activities to ensure a safe and functional warehouse space. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance to uphold facility standards.
- SOW Protection (Scope of Work): Safeguard the Scope of Work (SOW) for projects, ensuring strict adherence to defined scopes and objectives. Proactively identify and address potential risks that may impact the successful execution of the SOW.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Customs experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, achieving operational goals.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including KPIs and continuous improvement strategies.
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
