Job Title: Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
-Sales of conveyor parts to customers
-Quoting prices to customers
-Purchasing of parts
-Inventory management
-Processing orders
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Warm calling to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the customer base
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
