You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ALS. We need someone who’s hard working, willing to travel (some overnights), and who either has technical wherewithal or who just has a desire to watch and learn!
The Technician will diagnose machines, then repair, test, and clean machines onsite. Technicians educate Customers on machine use and care and complete appropriate paperwork for both the Property and ALS, Technicians are accountable for repair quality (fixed the first time), efficiency (complete all orders each day), and customer satisfaction (professional, courteous behavior). The person in this role must be flexible to adjust to Customer schedules and requests, be able to lift and move heavy machines, and work in tight spaces. We don’t expect you to come in knowing everything off the bat, but we do expect you to be willing and eager to learn.
