Summary
As an IT Intern with ASPC, you will have an outstanding opportunity for to gain hands-on experience in an industrial IT environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT staff to support and enhance our technology infrastructure, assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and contribute to various IT projects.

Essential Functions
Assist in the maintenance and support of hardware and software solutions, including setup, installation, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and software.
Provide technical support to employees, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the development and deployment of IT projects, including new software implementation and network upgrades.
Help in managing and supporting our network and server infrastructure.
Contribute to the documentation of IT procedures and systems.
Collaborate with team members to evaluate new technology and make recommendations for improvements.
Engage in daily operational activities of the IT department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of technology resources.
Improve IT documentation and organization.
All other responsibilities as assigned within reason.

Education
Required – High school diploma or GED.
Experience
Preferred – Self-taught computer experience.
