Dispatcher Job Summary
Automation personnel Services is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a courier company as well as handle all aspects of customer relations and emergency issues. In Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for planning daily delivery routes This position is full-time temp to hire.
Pay rate:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours:
1st shift 7:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday
Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities
Determine the appropriate cubic utilization to truck space
Prepares load/unload delivery activities.
Builds route to best utilize cost of delivery related expenses
Must be the key account representative to deal with customer needs, issues, concerns and complaints
Reviews previous delivery discrepancies and mileage information to better plan for future needs and accuracies.
Dispatcher Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be local and knowledgeable of the Chattanooga area, streets, and interstate system
Previous Dispatching and route set up is a MUST
Proficient computer skills
Customer service skills
Drug screen and background check required
