Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Machine Operator for a company based in Fayette , AL . In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating or assisting workers engaged in fabrication of structural or sheet metal products.
Pay Rate
$ 1 6 .00 - $ 20 .00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6 3 0 am to 5 00 pm.
Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate steel fabrication equipment (brake press, shear, drill press and saws)
- Load, stack, and transport stock, tools, dies and work in process by hand or truck
- Attach rope or grappling equipment to work pieces by crane
- Clean and scrape metal scraps from work area
Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or (GED)
- Experience with running a Press Break, Shear, Drill Press and Saw
- Basic mechanical and tool knowledge (wrench, screwdriver, drills, etc )
