Automotive Lift Services - Operations Manager - Job Post
Job Description: Make sure checklists and systems are followed, make quotes, layout new equipment, communicate with the clients, make sure jobs are completed on time and on budget, take care of customer complaints, organize team schedule, take care of sales calls, train new technicians and work with the leadership team to define services and goals. Pay is $35,000 base plus 25% profit sharing, experience is not required.

Job Goal: To maintain our quality standards, build and manage the team, enforce, hire and fire based on our core values. Grow profits, ensure 48 hour repair time for clients and help leadership team define services and goals.
