Facilities Manager – Sharpe Cars

 

Sharpe Cars is currently looking to hire an Facilities Manager.   This is a full time position that plays a key role within the Sharpe team. We are looking for a customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with exceptional communications skills, and a professional appearance. We are looking for a proven maintenance professional to bring their experience, 

knowledge, positive attitude, and leadership to our Team. 

 

The Facilities Manager role supports our Team by ensuring the overall maintenance of 

equipment and facilities through preventive maintenance tasks, facilities maintenance, 

equipment repair and coordination of outside contractors to perform work unable to be 

done in-house.  This position will also lead our Janitorial/Cleaning Associates.  Some 

other responsibilities include janitorial, safety, facility licensing, security, and snow 

removal.  The hours for this position will be coordinated to our retail operating hours.
