What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Fixed Operations Manager position at Automotive Training Network?
ATN has dealership and OEM clients throughout the US and is in need of a highly experienced Fixed Operations Director to visit dealer clients and oversee client visits to help train and improve service centers, service drives and parts departments.
Applicant should have extensive experience in dealership fixed operations but also be considered trainable and open to adopting the ATN Rim Service Process for improving service centers ability to serve clients faster and more efficiently.
Applicant should be willing and able to travel to clients each week and be well versed in DMS and service drive technologies, particularly Cox Automotive branded products. You should also be completely comfortable writing RO's and dispatching work and aligning service drives for maximum throughput. ATN trainers lead by example and teach more hands on than in classroom settings, although both will be required.
