Position Summary:
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for entering, scanning, and filing invoices into online systems.
Organizational Relationships:
Interacts with internal customers and external lenders at various levels, peers, supervisor and management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Entering invoices into online systems
- Identifying and documenting fleet discounts
- Printing, faxing, and emailing invoices
- Contacting fleet companies and stores for PO information
- Working with stores on pricing issues
- Processing credit card payments
- Calling fleet companies for payment authorization
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer databases/systems
- Have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a deadline-driven environment
- Capable of producing high quality work while under tight deadlines
- Automotive Accounting experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:
This is a largely sedentary role with extended period looking at computer monitors and being on the telephone. May occasionally have to lift a box containing paper when assisting to print statements once a month.
