Car Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal vehicle.
• Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various vehicle models. Gather all information needed.
• Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing salesperson purchasing paperwork.
• Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays and lot.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading and viewing professional publications and videos.
• Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Requirements

• College or High school diploma
• Clean cut individual and Business dress required
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Background Check

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
