Automotive BDC Client Relations Call Specialist

About Us
 
Autoteam Delaware is a dealer group made up of Delaware Cadillac, Kia of Wilmington and Delaware Subaru. Autoteam Delaware is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to work in our phone call center answering incoming phone calls, making outgoing phone calls to prospective customers, and assisting our Sales and Service departments in setting appointments.  Assistance with phone reception may be considered as part of the responsibilities of the job; answering incoming calls and directing to the appropriate department - to be discussed at interview.
 
We have better dealership hours than any of the area competitors, and a better work environment than most of the competition. We receive hundreds of online and phone contacts per month, and we have no shortage of opportunity.  We pride ourselves on our understanding of digital advertising, as well as a growing Sales and Service Center.

Responsibilities
  • Help clients with their INITIAL vehicle purchase and/or service scheduling needs by taking their calls and setting appointments.
  • Complete ongoing customer datatbase training
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure successful referral and repeat business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales phone call and email conversations.
  • Report directly to the Client Relations Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
Qualifications
  • Customer service, or other related field with phone call and/or customer experience
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen 
Compensation: Hourly compensation with monthly bonus available.  Pay range varies by experience.  Contact us for details.
