Position Summary
The Leadership Development Analyst will work on multiple projects simultaneously and will translate data into actionable insights; utilize strong Excel skills to organize and manipulate data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
The Leadership Development Analyst will be responsible for a combination of duties which includes, but are not limited to:
•Collaborate to define, implement, and advise on strong metrics to determine needs and track the success of individual and group performance and development within learning systems including Learning management system, LinkedIn Learning, A Better Leader, and more.
•Provide rigor and process to understanding and defining the requirements of roles including job analysis and competency mapping.
•Direct key HR processes as assigned (including the AutoZone Engagement Survey and other surveys, leadership development, workforce planning) with responsibility for vendor management, survey design, project execution, program analysis and reporting.
•Utilize strong Excel skills to organize and manipulate data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
•Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.
•Coordinate workshop logistics for both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
•Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed, engaging participants, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Experience
· Must have a minimum of two to three years of professional level experience.
Functional Competencies
· Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Teams.
· Must be an effective communicator, written and verbal.
· Comfortable facilitating meetings and workshops, as necessary.
· Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and diligence in all tasks.
· Familiarity with leadership development principles and best practices is a plus.
Salary : $45,600 - $57,800
