What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAARC Lead position at AutoZone?
The eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) Program is the Army National Guard (ARNG) capstone training event for Brigade Combat Teams (BCT) to attain platoon level training readiness. This position is a part-time on call (PTOC) Non-Exempt (hourly) position supporting the XCTC Program and may support work originating at any or all the multiple scheduled locations of these events. The XCTC Mobile After-Action Review Center (MAARC) Lead is assigned and reports to the After Action Review Production Lead and is part of Instrumentation and Communications. During training events the Mobile After-Action Review Center (MAARC) Lead manages a mix of temporary staff with varying backgrounds and levels of experience to ensure quality and timely instrumented after action reviews technical production and delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Reports to After Action Review Production Team Lead (AARP-L) and supports Tactical Analysis Center Lead (TAC-L) in After Action Review (AAR) operations.
- Responsible for the direct supervision of MAARC operators and their training and proficiency.
- Responsible for the physical emplacement, testing, and validation; daily operations, sustainment, and maintenance requests; recovery, packing, and load out of all MAARC sites.
- Responsible for the layout, installation, configuration, maintaining and recovery of the Tactical Analysis Centers (TAC’s), and Mobile After-Action Review Centers (MAARC’s).
- Assist in managing work schedules, and training of temporary personnel for MAARC Operators.
- Responsible for timely reporting and / or repair of any deficiencies and inoperable equipment at MAARC sites directly impacting to I-AAR operations and delivery.
