Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, mental health a strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order
- Plan and schedule maintenance work
- Order and maintain supplies
- Work with other departments to ensure that the needs of residents are met
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
