Auveco (Auto Vehicle Parts LLC) is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team full-time as a Financial Analyst.
Position Overview:
This individual will have a dynamic role developing KPIs for both the external facing Sales and Marketing team as well as the internal Operations team, ultimately reporting results to Executive Management. This candidate will use data analytics to identify trends in customer buying behavior, supplier cost and lead times, and inventory management. This role will support finance and accounting as well as ad hoc requests from all parts of the organization, including support of acquisitions and interim forecasting/budgeting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consolidate financial data into structured reporting package for management of each department
- Assist management in the analysis and determination of actionable measures surrounding the company’s performance
- Collaborate with Executive team to develop annual budget.
- Develop interim forecasts as directed
- Assist in determining Key Performance Indicators and establish processes for tracking each department’s metrics against trending and benchmark data
- Identify and recommend actions for improved performance
- Be the focal point for operations for financial budgeting, analytics, and reporting
- Compare anticipated and actual results
- Research and provide variance analysis where necessary in both income statement and balance sheet accounts
- Track cost changes and inventory trends across a broad scope of product types.
- Provide support to accounting team when needed, inclusive of reconciliations and journal entries
- Lead ad hoc analytical and reporting projects, including assistance in recommending actions to improve financial performance of all parts of the organization
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance related field
- 3 years of progressive Finance experience
- Experience using multiple ERPs (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and Business Intelligence platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally and with all levels
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of proficiency with office computers and Microsoft Office software
