Job Summary:

• The Enrollment Supervisor oversees and is responsible to maintain service and productivity standards for all aspects of enrollment into Auxiant administered plans.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise and lead Enrollment Team for processing enrollment applications and documents
• Coordinate and direct new group implementation for set up to enrollment entry including download to Go Live with Auditing metrics
• Oversee Online Enrollment process and 3rd Party enrollment vendors secure record-keeping of enrollment data, including but not limited to demographic details and relevant documentation
• Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the enrollment process, from application submission along with auditing and process improvement
• Enforce adherence to enrollment policies and procedures, and stay updated on any changes in regulations or requirements communicated by Compliance
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in enrollment applications, working closely with staff, client & brokers to ensure accurate information
• Coordinate projects as needed for enrollment for improvement coordinated by Director of Enrollment
• Prepare, coordinate and revise policies and procedures and ensure quality through departmental auditing

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (education, business administration, etc) preferred
• Previous experience enrollment processing for and/or third-party administration
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisor role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to Detail and great problem-solving skills
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft products (email, access databases, word, excel)
• Experience working in a claims processing system

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
