We are looking for an experienced hospice Office Manager,in take to join our team.,2-3 years of experience in hospice office must have. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing staff, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Office Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment,.spanish speaker preferable.call me directly 8186993890

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Maintain office records and files.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers and other stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Ensure the security of the office premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
