PRODUCER (SOCIAL/DIGITAL)
As a producer on AV Squad’s growing Social/Digital Team, you will be leading our efforts to generate best-in-class social and digital campaigns for our clients. Your job will be to serve as primary point of client contact on multiple concurrent campaigns, lead conduit for all communication between creatives, copywriters, and community managers. The ideal candidate must be fluent in all current social platforms and trends and must have strong and clear opinions on the future of social community development and creative marketing. This role is heavily focused on content creation, so to be considered you must have a strong understanding of design, motion graphic, and editorial workflows. Strong familiarity with the current entertainment landscape, including film, television, streaming, and cable is a necessity.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Development
- Solicitation of new social/digital campaign work from clients, as well as the development of winning pitches.
- Management of client needs from the inception of campaign through final delivery.
- Partnering with Creative Director and Director of Social to develop accurate budget forecasts.
- Management of resources, schedules, and scope to ensure financial success of each campaign.
- Collaboration with creatives, producers, and copywriters to constantly innovate our social creative.
- QC and final delivery of campaign assets, copy, as well as the successful execution of social engagements.
Skills & Experience
- Five years working in a creative agency setting, with a focus working in social media.
- Strong understanding of social media conventions, platforms, features, and trends.
- Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of entertainment, entertainment news, and fan communities.
