Warehouse Clerk

We are excited to be recruiting for new talent to join our growing and innovative team – Warehouse Clerk! This position receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment
• Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies
• Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
• Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation
• Ensures receiving reports accurately report material received
• Assists in resolving discrepancies with accounting regarding packing slips and purchase orders
• Oversees the movement of material in the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner
• Oversees the opening and repackaging of shipments for assembly, testing and delivery
• Participates in inventory management to ensure successful audits
• Operates a forklift
• Makes material deliveries to customers when required
• Cleans areas as required
• Performs all other duties as assigned

To qualify for this position, you must possess a HS Diploma or equivalency and at least two years of shipping and receiving experience or warehouse experience. An active DoD Secret Security Clearance is preferred. 
 

Additional qualifications include:

• Operating knowledge of all MS Office products
• Forklift Operation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to lift 50lbs
