Company Background:
Our client, a major employer in the area, is looking for an Admin to be part of its team in its North American operations.
Description:
- Administrative assistant for automotive production engineering department
- Coordinate daily departmental functions related to the following tasks within departments:
- Operating budget management, facilitation
- Organizing department functions, events and meetings
- Implementation of internal tracking systems to support data management
- Data base input/tracking, management
- Weekly schedule coordination and management
- Travel arrangements
- Tracking the staffing conditions with the group
Required skills:
- Previous Administrative Assistant experience in similar/working at a large and dynamic environment.
- Microsoft Office suite with strong skills in Microsoft Excel [V-lookup, Pivot, visualizing the data (charts, etc.)], PowerPoint and TEAMs.
- Ability to coordinate activities within and across departments as well as with the people at the Executive level.
- Ability to coordinate events/meetings within schedule and budget.
- Should be able to work independently and willing to learn new skills while being flexible.
- Experience managing calendars.
- The resource need to have good experience in documents organizing and management.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with PowerBI and SAP. Will be using PowerBI more than SAP.
- Experience with Virbeya.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to $34.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
