Legal Technology Technical Analyst
Responsibilities include:
Interprets business needs of Legal BU partners into technical requirements. Act as a liaison between BU & Technical teams.
Manage the end-to-end project and program delivery for Legal systems in various Legal Practice areas such as Data Governance, Ethics & Compliance, Privacy, Patent & open Source, Government relations driven by prioritization of business needs.
Co-ordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders in Infosec, ITSS & vendor partners to deliver high value projects.
Research and evaluate new and emerging legal technologies.
Manage multiple programs including planning, coordinating with cross functional teams, tracking status, communicating to key stakeholders, and creating the appropriate program documents.
Define and track metrics to review progress and performance of Legal programs and share with leadership on a regular basis.
Collaborate closely with the other ITSS team members in utilizing and refining our project delivery tools, processes and techniques.
What you need to succeed
8 years of professional IT experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree with Computer Science, or related field
Work experience with corporate IT systems supporting business functions such as Legal, Finance, HR, etc.
Nice to have understanding of Laws and regulations (E.g. GDPR and CPRA etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record to partner effectively with teams across the organization Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment delivery high levels of performance and service excellence. Ability to thrive in an environment that at times may have ambiguity and constant change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
