Location : Oakdale, CA

Pay Range : $24-$26 / hr

  • Engage with customers, vendors, and staff members to address inquiries promptly and provide comprehensive assistance.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain meticulous records with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct Vendor web searches to identify hard to find parts
  • Contact via phone, email, web, to multiple vendors for parts availability and pricing inquiries.
  • Foster effective communication channels between customers, vendors, and staff to promote collaboration and swift resolution of issues.
  • Support the Dispatch department with customer satisfaction being held as #1 priority.
  • Act as a backup to the Dispatcher, to enhance coordination and ensure prompt handling of service requests.

Requirements :

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Proficient with web search tools.
  • 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • High level of multitask and prioritizing ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
