Overview: We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects, ensuring effective communication, negotiation, scheduling, and cost management. If you're detail-oriented, results-driven, and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project budgets based on job estimates.
- Negotiate change orders and manage their implementation.
- Review and approve project submittals.
- Track labor hours and material costs, providing accurate forecasts.
- Procure major equipment and subcontractors.
- Coordinate deliveries of equipment and materials.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project contracts and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Project Engineers.
- Collaborate with field supervisors to plan and schedule project activities.
- Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy.
- Prioritize safety at the jobsite, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Follow established project management processes.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with team members.
- Uphold company core values and professionalism.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
Certifications: Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
