Responsibilities of the Accountant:
- Support Month-end closing with bank and account reconciliation, journal entries
- Pay bills and invoices
- Fixed Assets and depreciation
- Maintain database of Bill of Materials (BOM) in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Create and modify BOMs as required
- Assist in reviewing and developing standard costs for raw material
- Perform inventory valuation and reconciliation for month-end closing, COGS calculation
- Analyze inventory variances, stock levels, and obsolescence reserve calculation for raw materials
- Assist warehouse managers in tracking current stock availability for all plants, stock consumption and movements in MS Dynamics NAV, period-end adjustments, etc.
- Assist Cost Analyst in variance analysis and stock movement for raw material, as well as for material costing by SKU, brand and customer
Job Requirements for the Accountant
- 6 years of accounting experience
- Work experience as an Inventory Accountant, Cost Accountant or similar roles
- Must have experience in manufacturing
- Must possess a strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, inventory, raw materials, cost of goods sold, overhead costs, etc
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV is highly preferred
- Must possess strong Excel skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
